What A Week! Happy Holidays!

I'm sure we've all been busy with a short work week (for most) & the biggest holiday of the year to prepare for. We spent the better part cleaning house getting ready to host our little annual Christmas Eve party. We entertained close friends & family like we always do with delicious appetizers for all. I like gifts & getting new stuff as much as the next guy, but quality time with people I care about is what I enjoy most.

The kids got every toy they wanted & then some. My son could learn some manners when it comes to getting something he's not expecting (clothes), but he's only four. I'll keep working on him, and we'll check up on him again next year. I'm planning a good deal of travelling next year, so I got myself a Philips Norelco 8240 razor to make it easier to avoid checking luggage. I've been looking at shavers for a while, so I'm glad I was able to use a gift card to buy one.

Also, I've been working on an all new VacationTax.com. I'm not sure if I'll launch it before tax season, but it will look like the all new VacationTaxPro.com. I'm really excited about the new formats because more of the information will be on the same site rather than bouncing back & forth between 2 or more. Tax professionals will be able to find all they need for software & marketing at VacationTaxPro.com while tax clients can enjoy a revamped VacationTax.com. I can't wait until it all goes online because I've really enjoyed putting it all together.

This week I'll send out an end of year special email to my tax pro contacts. They'll have an opportunity to market with us for a reduced rate & get a second year free. This will be my last offer to increase my client base before the start of tax season. My goal is to list at least one tax professional in each state. Wish me luck!
